We were thrilled when the Magnolia Journal asked to do a shoot in our recently sold listing at 907 Mansell Ave. This home was beautifully designed with unique open shelving throughout many rooms, so it was only fitting to have it featured in Magnolia's shelving design issue. We love how the Magnolia team decorated this space, keeping it simple while showcasing all the shelving perfectly. All of Jo's styling tips within the article are spot on and inspiring.

Designed by Rauser Design and built by Risinger & Co., the home was constructed using Joseph Lstiburek's "Perfect Wall" system. The design is said to be able to endure for up to 500 years. The home’s insulation is on outside of the interior walls, exposing the meticulous framing and white shiplap throughout the inside. Fine craftsmanship and attention to detail are on display in every room. The home is constructed with standard materials and processes, but in a way that allows for an heirloom quality build and highly efficient space that can be passed down to generations to come.
